Agnes Skonare Karlsson

The Swedish filmmaker Agnes Skonare Karlsson, born in 2000 in Växjö, studied directing at the Stockholm University of the Arts (SKH). Her graduation film, the short 'Berry' ('Bär', 2024), celebrated its international premiere in the Generation Kplus competition at the 74th Berlinale. She previously directed the short film 'Salt' (2022). Before her studies, she gained experience as an acting coach for children and young people.
