Anton Spieker, born on March 7, 1989, in Berlin, is a German actor who trained at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts. He became known for his leading role in the film LIVE (2020, directed by Lisa Charlotte Friederich), in which he plays Aurel, a trumpet player who tries to stage a secret concert in a dystopian world. He made another memorable cinema appearance in the romantic road movie 303 (2018, directed by Hans Weingartner) as Jan, who falls in love again and discovers his emotions during a trip through Europe. In the ZDF drama Winterherz – Tod in einer kalten Nacht (2018, directed by Johannes Fabrick), he gave a convincing performance as Mike Gattner, a young man torn between self-doubt and family tragedy. In the mystery television play Die Flut – Tod am Deich (2023, directed by Andreas Prochaska), he took on the central role of Iven, the son of a dike master who finds himself in a stormy social conflict. Anton Spieker has a strong presence on TV: in the crime series Der Usedom-Krimi, in the cult series Das Quartett, and in Donna Leon – Stille Wasser. His television range extends from crime and drama to sophisticated series, where he stands out as an authentic character actor.
