Born in Germany in 1976, actor Diane Kruger established an international career in European and U.S. cinema. Following her acting training in Paris, she gained worldwide recognition in 2004 with her role as Helen in the film *Troy*. A significant success in her career was the leading role in Fatih Akin's drama *In the Fade* (2017), for which she was honored as Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival. Her filmography also includes works such as Quentin Tarantino's *Inglourious Basterds* (2009), for which she co-won a Screen Actors Guild Award for its ensemble performance.
