Dr. Motte, born Matthias Roeingh in 1960, is a German DJ, producer, and one of the founders of the Love Parade, the largest techno festival in the world. Dr. Motte is not known for an acting or directing career, but rather for his significant contributions to electronic music and rave culture. The Love Parade began in 1989 in Berlin and grew exponentially, eventually attracting millions of attendees. Dr. Motte has released several influential tracks, including collaborations with other techno artists, but he has not received conventional film awards as his impact lies predominantly in the music and event promotion spheres.
