Norwegian director Erika Calmeyer, born in 1990, graduated from The Norwegian Film School in 2014. Her graduation short film *LEA* (2013) received a Student Academy Award nomination and laid the foundation for her career. Her later short works also gained international attention, with *The Good Sister* (2017) being screened in the Berlinale program. In television, she directed episodes for internationally distributed productions such as *Twin* (2019) and *Young Royals* (2021). Calmeyer made her feature film debut with the drama *Storm* in 2022.
