Leonie Kock
Director
Leonie Kock is a freelance filmmaker working with various documentary formats. Her first feature-length film FALTENROCK (2019), which portrays four regulars of the over-60s party series of the same name, was co-directed with Janina Rasch. In the subsequent essay film “Körperin” (2025), she and her film partner Paloma Llambías deal with their own family traumas, examining the role that the body plays in processing them. Their works are connected to a personal quest and the desire to create a space for vulnerability and empathy.
Faltenrock
A film about staying young beyond anti-wrinkle creams, about life plans, autonomy and the eventful retirement.
