Born in Neuilly-sur-Seine in 1982, actor and musician Lou Doillon is the daughter of director Jacques Doillon and artist Jane Birkin. She started her film career early, receiving a César Award nomination for Most Promising Actress for her role in "Bad Company" ("Mauvaises fréquentations", 1999). Later, she established herself as a successful musician, with her critically acclaimed debut album "Places" (2012). For her musical work, she was honored as Female Artist of the Year at the 2013 Victoires de la Musique awards. Her portfolio also includes films like "Gigola" (2010) and further albums such as "Soliloquy" (2019).
