Milan Peschel is a German actor who became known for his versatile roles in film and television. In LENZ (2006), directed by Thomas Imbach, he played the title character. For his portrayal in HALT AUF FREIER STRECKE (2011), a drama by Andreas Dresen, in which he plays a family man with inoperable brain tumor, Peschel was awarded the Bavarian Film Award 2011 and the German Film Award 2012. In the Swiss drama GLAUBENBERG (2018) by Thomas Imbach, Peschel took on the role of Stephan. Other well-known films include “Der Nanny” (2015) directed by Matthias Schweighöfer, in which he played the role of Rolf, and “Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer” (2018) by Dennis Gansel, in which he played the role of Mr. Tur Tur. Peschel has also appeared on television in the series “Der Tatortreiniger” (2011), among others.
