Nicolas Duvauchelle

Nicolas Duvauchelle is a French actor known for his versatile roles in film and television. He began his career in 1999 with the leading role in “Le petit voleur”, directed by Érick Zonca. In 2017, he starred in LET THE SUNSHINE IN (original title: “Un beau soleil intérieur”), directed by Claire Denis. He also appeared in SUMMER FROST (original title: “Un hiver en été”) in 2022. Duvauchelle received several César nominations, including Best Newcomer for “Les Corps impatients” in 2004 and Best Supporting Actor for “Polisse” in 2012. Other notable films in his filmography include “White Material” (2009) by Claire Denis, “Polisse” (2011) by Maïwenn and “A Decent Man” (2015) by Emmanuel Finkiel. He gained recognition on television for his role as Théo Wachevski in the series “Braquo” (2009–2014). Duvauchelle's commitment to challenging roles and his ability to portray complex characters have made him a fixture in French cinema.
