Philippe Katerine (born December 8, 1968 in Chantonnay, France) is a French singer, actor, and composer who has made a name for himself with his eccentric style and versatility. One of his better-known roles is in WE NEED YOUR VOTE (2018, directed by Mathieu Sapin).
