British filmmaker Sam Mason Bell is a central figure in the independent micro-budget horror scene and the co-founder of the Portsmouth-based production company Trash Arts. His diverse body of work includes numerous films that often explore themes of mental health and social alienation, such as *Millennial Killer* (2020) and *Senseless* (2022). His projects are regularly screened and awarded at international genre festivals. For instance, he received the Best Director award for *Senseless* at the Romford Horror Film Festival in 2022.
