Tessa Louise-Salomé is a French director, screenwriter and producer known for her visually poetic storytelling. Her documentary THE WILD ONE (2022) highlights the life of Holocaust survivor and director Jack Garfein and won the award for best cinematography in a documentary at the Tribeca Film Festival. Another noteworthy work is “Mr. Leos caraX” (2014), a documentary about French director Leos Carax, which was nominated for the World Cinema Documentary Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. Louise-Salomé has made a name for herself through her empathetic portraits of complex artistic personalities.
